GSA Modular Containers

Smart management of your spaces

Build your office, living space, or business like a LEGO block… but in steel.

At Conteneur GSA, we transform containers into solid, practical, and genuinely stylish spaces. Whether it’s a job-site office, a habitable studio, a kiosk, or a retail space, our modular units are designed to be quick to install, durable, and perfectly suited to Canadian climate conditions.

What is a modular container?

Real-life “LEGO blocks”

A modular container is a standard 18 ft x 8 ft base module designed like a LEGO block: it can be placed side by side, stacked, and assembled without welding to create larger spaces across one or multiple levels. Each unit is made from highly galvanized steel, insulated, and ready to receive all required systems (electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, etc.).

Quick to install, modular, customizable, and adaptable, GSA modular containers offer an economical and eco-friendly alternative to traditional construction by reducing timelines and on-site labor.
